Customers should communicate a faulty product before returning it; all returns should be sent within 14 days of receiving the product. Compensation and Liability: The WBDS will not be responsible or liable for any loss of profit, disappointment, inconvenience, or indirect or consequential loss or damages; arising from or related to any products. The WBDS will not be liable for refunds or compensation beyond covering faulty postal returns. Falsehood Purchases: Please ensure you are eligible and have won a WBDS Award before purchasing.
